This single-story portal steel structure warehouse features isolated column footings for stability and cost-effectiveness. Dimensions: 31.2m (L) × 18m (W) × 6m (eave height), with an 18m span divided into 4 bays (7.8m each) to balance load-bearing capacity and spatial efficiency. The gently sloped roof (slope 0.11) has a 6m eave and 7m ridge height, optimizing drainage and interior clearance. A front 18m×1.2m cantilevered canopy (4.5m high) provides all-weather shelter for loading. Walls include a 1.2m-high, 240mm-thick solid shale brick skirting for impact resistance; the roof uses 0.5mm corrugated steel sheets for lightweight, corrosion-resistant coverage. The gutter-free drainage system reduces maintenance and suits moderate rainfall regions. Combining functionality, economy, and industrial aesthetics, this design is ideal for storage and logistics applications.
