It features a 38.48m ×31.48m ×12m (eave height),  total 1211.35sqm with  open floor area, supported by column spread footings for stability..The length divided into 5 spans. Walls combine shale porous bricks (±0.000–1.200m) and 0.6mm gray double-profiled steel sheet (upper section); the roof uses 0.6mm double-layer color steel sheet, paired with a 1.5mm 304 stainless steel internal gutter for reliable drainage. The crane beams installed at the elevation of 10m. Durable, functional, and tailored for modern operational spaces.
