Product Description

Tonglu Warehouse Overview

This double-span gabled custom, irregular-shaped prefabricated steel factory building, sized at 83m(L)×36m(W)×12.55m(H)  with a total floor area of 5,976 sqm. It features a 7° roof slope prepped for full photovoltaic panel installation, a complete internal gutter drainage system, and a crane beam at 8.800m elevation. The roof uses 75mm insulated glass wool panels, while walls combine 240mm fired shale bricks below 1.200m and steel sheets above. Equipped with anti-theft, rolling shutter and aluminum alloy doors, it is ideal for industrial production and logistics use.

Structure & Specifications

Custom portal frame steel factory building, 83m × 36m in footprint with a total floor area of 5,976 sqm, eave height of 10.8m and ridge height of 12.55m. The building is divided into 7 bays, with a 7° sloped roof ready for full photovoltaic panel installation.

Envelope & Insulation

Roof panels consist of a 0.6mm steel sheet, 75mm thermal insulation glass wool, and a bottom stainless steel wire mesh for stability. Walls use 240mm fired shale bricks below elevation 1.200m and 0.6mm steel sheets above, balancing strength and thermal performance.

Drainage & Functional Systems
Features an internal gutter drainage system with 4mm HDG steel gutters and rigid UPVC downpipes. A crane beam is installed at elevation 8.800m to support overhead cranes for heavy-load operations.

Door & Window Configuration
Equipped with 3 steel anti-theft doors, 2 electric rolling shutter doors, and 2 aluminum alloy doors, meeting secure personnel access and large-scale logistics needs for industrial use.
